"My own long and winding road through illness has taught me the profound importance of becoming an active patient. Only when we learn to truly listen to our bodies can we awaken a deeper awareness of our inner journey. This is the golden key—the path to rediscovering balance and harmony."
Erica F. Alio-Warr is an integrative therapist, educator, and bilingual author. She has over two decades of experience in complementary therapies and academic-level educational management. Her strong multilingual and multicultural background blends seamlessly with her exceptional communication skills.
Having suffered from long misdiagnosed chronic illness, she has dedicated herself to understanding the diverse needs of patients and providing fair and effective solutions for cases where conventional medicine has reached its limits.
Since 2007, she has been living in Germany, where she has worked for the hospice of the University Medicine Greifswald. In 2011, she became the first alternative therapist at the university hospital when she took up a position in the palliative care unit. Currently, she is engaged in teaching and further research on the therapeutic application of non-conventional methods.
